His involvement in networking groups with other bank negotiators from around country has allowed him to gain knowledge and exchange ideas which has led to a short sale acceptance rate of almost 80%.
Today, Joel negotiates short sales on a daily basis. He has experience on hundreds of short sales with dozens of lenders. He builds upon his hands-on experience by constant studying of laws and procedures affecting this ever changing niche. He maintains and grows his knowledge by networking with other bank negotiators from around the country. He actively works with REALTORS® during the short sale process to effectively get debt negotiated and houses sold so everyone benefits.
