My BIGGEST obstacle when I started doing short-sales was getting in touch with the right PERSON at the bank. I knew which department to go to…BUT it was soooooo frustrating that after leaving 50 million voice messages for someone who you thought was the right person …you find out that you had to speak with someone else …BUT they only answer their phone 15 minutes a day – every THIRD DAY…….. UUUUGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!
